Aims, contents and method of the course

Kinds of water; dissolved ions and compounds in natural waters; analysis: methods of sampling, organoleptic characterization, physicochemical determinations; criteria of organic pollution, chemical pollution indicators; interpretation of results.
Coffee: Technology, raw and roasted beans; naturally occurring compounds; influence of roasting on the chemical composition; removing undesirable stimulants, decaffeination;
Analytical methods and evaluation of quality.
Evaluation: colloquium
