Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
In addition and complementary to the course "Spektroskopisches Praktikum" you will learn advanced methods of vibrational spectroscopy like Raman microscopy, modern IR-techniques (ATR, external refection) and applications like quantitative analysis of spectra, analysis of secondary structure and the use of spectral databases.
Assessment and permitted materials
Presentation of one topic in a seminar, labor protocol, active engagement (compulsory attendance).
Positive evaluation will be "Mit Erfolg teilgenommen" (no grades)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
It is highly recommended that you have visited "Spektroskopische Praktikum" before this course or bring similar skills from elsewhere.
