Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

1) Purification and characterization (including X-ray structure
analysis) of metallo proteins purified from natural resources, and determination of the protein sequence of metallo proteins and recombinant expression.
2) Polyoxometalates

Assessment and permitted materials

Evaluation of the laboratory work and presentation (at least 20 minutes) of your own research work with subsequent discussion (approx. 10 minutes).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The final grade consists of the evaluation of the examples (75%) and the presentation (25%).A prerequisite for the positive conclusion of the internship is the positive evaluation of practical work and the day before the seminar.
