Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment and permitted materials

Hydrochemistry (TH) 40%:
1. Written exercises. (50% of max points required for passing the exercise)
Assignment A is due on 13.04.2015. (5%)
Assignment B is due on 15.06.2015. (5%)

2. Written examination on 15.06.2015 (30%)

ATTENTION ROOM CHANGE: THE EXAMINATION HYDROCHEMISTRY WILL BE ON 15.06.2015 10:45-12:12 IN HÖRSAAL 1 (2A120) 1.OG UZAII!!!

Environmental Geochemistry (SK & WS) 60%
1) Written exercises 30% (on the 18th of March, 22nd of April, 13th of May and 10th of June)
2) Written exam 30% (17th of June)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The students are familiar with the main water constituents and can assign these rock formations. The students know the main hydrodynamic and geochemical reactions in terrestrial/aquatic systems. They have a basic understanding of the thermodynamic and kinetic processes in these systems.
