Aims, contents and method of the course

2,8 ECTS-Points
General introduction how to draw and derived 3D information from geological map. Important information about the subsurface can be derived by construction of cross sections. Practical examples mainly from the oil industry explain train how to balance cross sections including their reconstruction by "removing" the deformation.
