Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The students can create a geological map with a profile in the field in a given area. They recognize different lithologies, strata sequences, structures as well as geomorphological and quaternary geological phenomena. The students can enter these on a map
and can digitally represent terrain data and write a comprehensive project report.

- Cooperation in the field
- Independence of the field survey
- Quality of the mapping
- Final report

- Positive assessment of the mapping and the final report
