Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In summer 2011 two nanosatellites will be launched from India,
UniBRITE and BRITE-Austria, as first components of a larger international
project: BRITE-Constellation. This constellation will consist of 6
satellites, currently built in Austria, Canada and Poland. The first
Austrian satellites pose a new scientific, technical and organizational
challenge which will be presented and discussed, also in relation to other
photometric space experiments: MOST, CoRoT, and Kepler.
