Aims, contents and method of the course

Atmospheric chemistry (Chemical basic principals, composition and development of the atmosphere, ozone - photochemistry, aerosol-chemistry),
- Hydrometeorology (aerosol- and drop spectra, nucleation, Köhler-curves, development of precipitation, precipitation, evaporation, runoff water, extreme precipitations, hydrometeors, physical aspects of cloud development).

Assessment and permitted materials

Written examination, in case of marks 4 and 5 an additional obligatory oral examination

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding of the physical and chemical aspects of the atmosphere, effects of their composition on meteorological elements
