Aims, contents and method of the course
Aim of the course is to learn simlified methods of weather forecasting, to be able to understand and critically assess the results of numerical prediction models
Assessment and permitted materials
Evaluation of excercises and final oral exam
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Knowledge of the basics of simplified forecasting methods; Ability to critically interpret numerical forecasting models
