Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The Climate System of the Earth; Past climate changes and potential future states of the Climate System; Climate Modelling -- from Energy balance models and Global Climate Models to statistical simulations of probable future local scale climate developments; Impact -- climate change effects on ecological and socio-econimoc structures.
Please note: over the past years this course was given in english too -- this depends on the audience.

Assessment and permitted materials

The performance is evaluated by a written exam.
