Aims, contents and method of the course
The contributions of space telescopes to modern astrophysical research continuously is increasing in volume and scientific significance. The highly successful space missions with Austrian participation, MOST, CoRoT, and BRITE-Constellation (launch of UniBRITE and BRITE-Austria mid of 2010) are perfect examples. The exercises will deepen the information provided in the lectures with presentations of the participants and excursions.
