Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Optics, interferometry in the optical/IR and radio domains, adaptive optics, high resolution spectroscopy, coronagraphy, obervational methods. The exercises will be used to deepen the knowledge about the topics covered in the lectures via practical examples.
Assessment and permitted materials
Two written exams about the lecturing part plus participation in the exercises
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Die ersten 4-5 Semester des Bachelorstudiums, jedenfalls Astronomische Instrumente, das Astronomische Praktikum und mindestens den WS-Teil des Observatoriumspraktikums.Teilnahme an den Tests und am Übungsteil als Mindestanforderung, mindestens 50% der Gesamtleistung für positive Beurteilung.
Examination topics
