Aims, contents and method of the course

In this seminar ongoing work and recent publications in the fields of red
giant and supergiant stars as well as IR-, mm- and space instrumentation
will be presented and discussed. It will also serve to deepen the knowledge
presented in the lecture "On the really hige stars" of the previous semester.
