Introduction to basic radiative transfer, Analytical radiative transfer, Numerical radiative transfer , Model Atmospheres (incl. excerises)
May:
Observational diagnostics of Stellar Winds, Isothermal winds, Line driven winds, Dust driven winds + effects on stellar evolution, Exercises on dust driven winds

Assessment and permitted materials

Exam I: week of May 1, online, oral, discussion of article(s) handed out end of March
Exam II: June, written, open book

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Exam I 50%, exam II 50%
Pass with total of 50%
