Effects of anthropogenic and climatic environmental changes on geomorphological processes

The advanced level lecture focusses on interactions of environmental changes and geomorphologic processes. By means of examples of several processes (glacial, periclacial, fluvial, gravitational, erosive) the effects of climatic and anthropogenic triggers on these processes as well as potential impacts, e.g. natural hazards, are emphasized.
The lecture will give the students time to ask questions and to discuss problems. In a tutorial additional to the lecture the opportunity to analyse, calculate, and valuate specific geomorphologic processes in small teams exist. Lecture and tutorial are intended to be a teaching unit, and to be hold en bloc at altogehter nine fixed dates (see placard).
