Aims, contents and method of the course
What are the reasons for housing cycles and their strong regional variations? It is the intention of this seminar to deepen the understanding about the cyles of regional housing . Based on the relevant literature, students shall be able to interpret and discuss topics and challenges of regional housing marktes. Further, this course aims to develop capabilities in scientific writing.
