Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
During the course basic image processing steps (such as global and local grey scale value operations, filtering, geocoding, classification, segmentation, change detection), which are presented theoretical in the Wintersemester, are discussed and applied to satellite images. Various OpenSource applications and freely available satelit-data are used. The practical work is performed in small groups on PCs in the GIS lab.
