Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Topic in the winter term 2022: Infrastructure planning in times of crises

The aim of the project seminar is to analyze what role different infrastructures play in overcoming crisis and how cities and regions can be made resilient through "good" infrastructure planning. Didactically and methodically, the project seminar follows an inductive, group-dynamic teaching design. This means that the students work as independently as possible in small groups, but under the strategic guidance of the lecturers.

Assessment and permitted materials

The marking is based on active participation, oral presentations, as well as written (interim) reports.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

All parts must be marked postive:
40% - documented progress of the seminar work, including interim presentations
20% - active participation
40% - written final report/seminar thesis

Examination topics

Self-chosen topic by small-groups of students.
