Geomorphology: Presentation (50% - 10 points), regular active participation (discussion, 25% - 5 points), review of the presentation of a colleague (25% - 5 points).
Geoecology: Presentation of a concept (33%), regular active participation (33%), presentation of results (33%).

Reaching more than 50% (or at least 10.5 points) of the maximum number of 20 points.

Gaining professional skills in elaboration, presentation and critical reflection of a selected research topic (e.g. master thesis).Content:
The course will identify and elaborate major themes at the research frontier of geomorphology or geoecology.Methods:
Participants will present their scientific aspirations, concepts and results in 20 min presentations. The works will be discussed regarding general questions, scientific relevance and importance for geomorphology.
Participants may also report on relevant topics to which they have been introduced at conferences, which they have attended and will discuss these in terms of their importance for geomorphology/geoecology in general, for the working groups ENGAGE/Geomorphology or Geoecology within Physical Geography and for individual degree programmes.All interested graduates, post-graduates, tutors and teaching assistants are invited to participate.
