Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Within this lecture, the fundamental basics of natural hazards, vulnerability and disasters will be taught by respective specialists. Hereby, the different theories and concepts will be presented and further explored by a variety of practical examples.
All materials will be provided on the moodle-platform.

Assessment and permitted materials

The final evaluation will be through a written exam via moodle consisting of multiple choice and open questions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In the written exam, there will be 6 open questions and 12 mc-questions. To pass the exam, 50% of points need to be gained.

The content of the exam focusses on the lecture overheads and the respective reference lists provided herein.
