Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of this course is the combination of physical geographic features and land use. Issues are physical geography, land use and land use history.
Participants shold learn to understand the problem of linking physical geography and current land use, but also be trained by understanding their limitations by reference to an foreign natural environment.
