Aims: Extend and deepen knowledge on the specific structure and the transformation of the Wiener Gründerzeitstadt. Enhence competences in empirical social research, focus on housing market, build environment, ground floor zones, public space

Inhalte: Analysis of transformation dynamics within the historic housing stock; Fokus: housing market, build environment
