Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course focuses on the process of project planning in spatial and regional development from the initial idea to implementation. New and classical approaches of project management serve as a framework, which will be practiced in the course of a fictive project. The following points will be highlighted: 1) project launch, proposal & calculation, 2) procedures and legal matters, 3) policy-levels & funding management. In addition to content-related contributions by the course lecturers and a guest contributor, practical implementation will be trained in interactive sessions.
