Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course focuses on the process of project planning in spatial planning and regional development from the initial idea to implementation. New and classic approaches of project management serve as a framework, which are to be practised in the course of a concrete proposal for a project. The following points are particularly emphasised: Project launches, proposal preparation, calculation, procedures, legal aspects, process management and the various policy levels. In addition to content-related contributions from the course leaders and a guest speaker, practical application will be practised in interactive sessions.
