Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This field-trip will introduce the alpine geomorphology of the Central Alps. Hereby, we will visit selected sites in the Alps and discuss the respective topics in the field. We will walk along tracks for many hours, and will also stay in alpine huts. Therefore, a good physical condition is required.
Assessment and permitted materials
Preparation of an Field-Trip reader; Active participation during the trip; Writing a one--day blog; Preparation of a poster of the field-trip and a final official presentation.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Very good physical fitness; Preparation of the Field-Trip reader; Good text for the blog; Contribution to the final poster and the official presentation - based on the group assignment.
Examination topics
Will be provided.
