Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course gives an overview of the European multi-level system of spatial planning and policies, of space-related EU Policies, of types of national planning systems and of processes of continuity and changes under the influence of Europeanization and globalization. Students acquire knowledge about the issues addressed and are able to assess the political implications and spatial effects of the multi-level system of spatial planning and policies. Lectures given by the instructor are combined with students' presentations of seminar papers.

Attendance and fulfillment of all requested works.
The grade will be made up of the oral presentation (40%), the seminar paper (40%) and active participation in the course (20%).
