Aims, contents and method of the course
The intention of the seminar is the strengthening of skills to transform literature of economics into relatively short papers. Important is that the papers have a clear structure and contain understandable statements within a given volume. Further should the capability of discussion be improved.The course focuses on current developents in Austrian and international business.Course participants will develop their capabilities of summarizing text and supplementary information on business topics and cases referring to relevant theory. In groups of 2 or 3, they will be encouraged to experiment with different forms of conveing complex contents in easy-to-follow ways and presentation formats.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Absence at not more than 2 seminar sessions; presence also when other groups present.
Timely submission of the final seminar paper and its interim status. The following will be assessed: outline (5%), feedback (10%), interim status (25%), final version (50%) and presentation (10%).Grading after acceptance of the topic!!!! Deregistration after the topic has been accepted will result in a negative grade.
