Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents: The first part of the excursion deals with fluvial and hillslope processes and landforms of selected sites in the excursion area. The second part of the excursion focusses on karst morphology. Special attention is given to the role of human-environment-interactions.
Aims: Students should gain deeper insights into topic-related issues (see contents) and should learn to reflect on them critically.
Methods: Field inspections, expert interviews, talks and presentations
