Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

With the invention of the acronym BRIC 2001, a concept was developed that aims to interconnect the future powers of a multipolar world: Brazil, Russia, India and China. An expansion of BRICS took place in 2010 with the inclusion of South Africa. The basic idea is that these states would be growth locomotives of the world economy and that they will gradually overtaking the "old" powers in the coming decades.
The seminar will analyze the different dimensions of development, document the actual state and consider possible scenarios for the future.
