Aims: Extend and deepen knowledge on the specific structure and the transformation of the Wiener Gründerzeitstadt. Enhence competences in empirical social research, focus on housing market, ground floor zones, public space

Inhalte: Analysis of transformation dynamics in a Viennese district (Neubau); Fokus: housing, ground floor, public space

Methoden: Befragung, Begehungen, Kartierung
