Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

- Knowledge base within Human Resource Law and operational Human Resource Management as well as the cost factor labor
- Accentuation of the economic relevance of the factor labor and their main actors: social partners, general government and legislation, economic activity, entrepreneur and employees, labor market and vocational training as well as critical discourse.
- Didactic approach with the focus on Human Resource and labor market

Assessment and permitted materials

- Fachgespräch (Prüfungsgespräch) (40%)
- 10 bis 15 Minuten Lehrauftritt inkl. Konzept (45 %)
- aktive Beteiligung an den Veranstaltungsterminen (15%)

Die VU wird in Form einer prüfungsimmanenten Lehrveranstaltungen abgehalten. Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht und Sie müssen während des Semesters mehrere mündliche und/oder schriftliche Leistungen erbringen, um positiv beurteilt zu werden.

Sind Sie zu einer prüfungsimmanenten Lehrveranstaltung angemeldet, nehmen jedoch nicht teil ohne sich während der Abmeldefrist abzumelden, werden Sie für diese Lehrveranstaltung negativ beurteilt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- Regelmäßige Teilnahme – beide Blöcke müssen besucht werden (mindestens 80%)
- Positive Beurteilung aller Teilleistungen

Examination topics

The lecturer will give the students an understanding of the topics with a mix of different techniques like ex-cathedra teaching and case studies related to practice, discussions and role plays within the seminar unit. The conduction of a sequence of teaching units by the students should tighten the acquired knowledge and offer the potential of critical examination.
