Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of this course is the thematical preparation of the field trip "Alpine geomorphology in the Central Alps". The students will give different presentations on topics, which are relevant to the course. These topics have to be presented in an oral form and in a written essay after the field-trip.

Assessment and permitted materials

The efficiency control includes the participation and active contributions in the seminar, the preparation of an oral powerpoint presentation, the presentation of this talk and the submission of an essay following the field-trip.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Each student must prepare and give an oral presentation. Furthermore, the topic must be summarized in an essay after the field-trip.

Examination topics

Will be provided on moodle.

Will be individually discussed.
