Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Photogrammetry is one of the most important methods for 3D data acquisition. This lecture deals with the commaon principles of photogrammetry. The items of this lecture are photogrammetric images, metric cameras, photographic material, restitution instruments and principles of digital sensors. Other aspects are oreintation procedures - interior and exterior orentation of images, relative and absolute orientation of stereo models. Beyond that methods of aerial triangulation, block adjustment, acquisition of digital elevation models and orthophotoproduction will be discussed.
Assessment and permitted materials
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
After this lecture students should be able to plan photogrammetric projects for photogrammetric data acquisition, to select, obtain and use necessary sources for thematic applications and to use derived products for cartographic applications.
