Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
- Bachelor thesis 80%
- Active participation and feedback as a peer: 10%
- Presentation of the Bachelor's thesis: 10%.Grading after acceptance of the topic!!!! Deregistration after the topic has been accepted will result in a negative grade.

Please follow the exact instructions in the Moodle course.The Conversatorium serves to accompany the Bachelor's thesis. In addition to (1) a basic introduction to academic work and (2) accompanying writing mentoring by the supervisors, the course includes in particular (3) the presentation of the concept and the presentation of the central contents of the Bachelor's thesis by the students.
Over the course of the semester, students receive support and feedback from the respective supervisor as well as from other course participants. Through exchanges between students, participants gain an insight into different subject areas and various aspects of the process and approach to the thesis.
In the first course unit, the topics and deadlines are assigned (for the concept submission via Moodle, concept presentation and presentation of the thesis as well as for the submission of the Bachelor's thesis via Moodle).Before starting to work on the topics, students must create and present a concept. They should outline the problem and its relevance, topic-related basics from the specialist literature and the planned procedure for working on the chosen topic. Students receive constructive feedback on their concepts from their supervisors and peers. Based on this, the topic can be further developed and the thesis written. The students are accompanied by their respective supervisor; if necessary, contact is made via e-mail.
