Aims, contents and method of the course

Development of the necessary project management know-how accoring to the Projektmanagement Austria method (www.p-m-a.at).
Knowledge of the project management processes (startup phase, planning phase, implementation phase, closedown phase) and the project management tools (defining and contexualisation, objects of consideration, project objectives, work breakdown structure, work-package specification, milestones, resource planning, controlling and coaching, evaluation).
Structure of the project documentation (project manual) on the basis of individual projects.
