Part 2 (Prof. Kanonier)

1. Spatial Planning goals and measures in context with tourism
- Tourism as an integral part and important field of interests in spatial planning activities;
- Tourism-relevant goals in the spatial planning laws and their relevance in practice;
- Planning Measures and instruments with the intention of an implementation of tourism specific goals
- Trends within spatial planning measures and instrument in context with tourism;

2. Tourism and national/regional planning activities
- Tourism-projects with supra-local dimensions and their influence in regional planning documents;
- Utilisation restrictions for municipalities in specific tourism-projects;
- Tourism specific contents of national and regional planning documents;
- Specific tourism regulations in national and regional planning documents

3. Tourism and local planning activities
- Spatial planning regulations as preconditions for the realization of tourism projects; necessary permits; procedures, legal position of legal and natural persons;
- Tourism specific contents of local development programs and land use plans;
- Specific tourism regulations in local development programs and land use plans;
- Utilisation conflicts in context with tourism, e.g. hotels, golf-courses, enlargement of ski-areas, holiday homes; agricultural used buildings;
