Aims, contents and method of the course

Subject of this course are the most important and widely used instruments of communication in teams and organisations To achieve a high level of practical know-how we primeraly work with practical project-examples brought in by the participants of the course themselves. The lecturer will provide supplementary examples out from his experience as consultant and moderator in the context of regional development.
The following instruments will be presented and practised
> Projektmanagement
> Moderation within projects
> Moderation of decision taking processes
> Moderation in assessment and evaluation projects
> problem solving in teams and organisations
> facilitation of conflict solving processes
> systemic methodology of raising question
> How to work with big groups
> Organisational and structural constallations

Overall objective of the lecture is to improve the know-how by making experiences on near to real-life examples in the professional environment of geography and regional planning.
