Aims, contents and method of the course

Aim of this course is to analyse the vulnerability, the crisis management and coping strategies:
- The fundamental change of the tourism sector as a consequence of globalization, the dynamic of the market, changing values, etc.
- Vulnerability because of misguided developments.
- Vulnerability because of externals causes: political and economic crisis, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters and climate change
