Contents: The role the course "GW"/"Wirtschaftsgeographie" plays within the set of subjects at AHS/BHS; The curricula of the schoolsubject "GW"/"Wirtschaftsgeographie" (educational and teaching theories, didactic principles,curricula of the respective subjects); The development of educational objectives; The basic of didactics and main theories; The most important theories of didactics relevant for "GW"/"Wirtschaftsgeographie", focussing on goals, topics and themes, student work and economy; The correlation between "GW"/"Wirtschaftsgeographie" and "Politische Bildung"; Different ways of instructing - the main concepts; The relation between "Geographie" - "Wirtschaftskunde" - "Wirtschaftsgeographie"; Job orientation and key qualifications - to what degree are contents and methods influenced by current economy?
