Goals:
(1) Introduction into scientific observation for geographers. Excursions as a specific teaching device in geograpohy.(2) Introduction into the regional geography of Vienna (as your university city)(3) Experience the interlocking of physical geography topics in the natural landscape of the Vienna Woods with human geography topics in the cultural townscape of Nussdorf as a former industrial suburb
