Aims, contents and method of the course
Global change is appearant everywhere - also and in particular in mountain regions. This lecture will introduce to basic concepts and ideas of Global Change issues. In addition to pure facts, numerous examples will provide some information on potential consequences. In this global context, the mountain regions will be located.
