Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The excursion goes first to Hallstatt and up to the Plassen. At the Plassen natural hazards and risks threatening Hallstatt will be addressed. Afterwards, we will move up to the Dachstein Plateau. Central themes are glacial processes, karst and landslides as well as the forms created by these processes. Conflicts of interest due to humans will also be discussed.Detection and understanding of glacial, karstic and landslide processes and forms as well as the resulting risks and conflicts.Presentations, object lessons, single and group work
