290402 PS Presentation Techniques (2008S)

In this proseminar the students will acquire knowledge and skill, which enable them to present results made in research and seminars in a both effective and firm way. This will be done in a mostly interactive manner. Among the topics being presented are the basics of design and visualisation, presentation media, body language and strategies of interaction. These instruments are meant to provide the students with the competence needed to prepare and make their own presentations in geography-related topics. The main features of power-point aided presentation shall be addressed as well.
