Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents: The course provides fundamentals of hydrology, i.e. general introduction to hydrology, water balance, hydrological cycle, precipitation, evapo-transpiration, interception, discharge, snow and glacier, lakes, groundwater, watershed characteristics .
