Aims, contents and method of the course

Objective: Learning and applying of different basic principels in geomorphology
Concept: The specified objectives of the course will be achieved by the teaching of different methods and applying these methods in tutorials. Furthermore, the students are expected to apply these methods independently in small projects. The course is based on the fundamental knowledge of geomorphology taught in the introduction course.
Course: The different units of the course are divided in a short theoretical introduction to the methods and in an extended practical tutorial. The content of the course is composed of geomorphologic, hydrological and morphometric aspects.
