Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In this course, students present their ongoing master thesis in the field of Applied Geography, Spatial Research and Spatial Planning, as well as Human Geography and Urban Studies.
The presentations give insight into the problem statement, theoretical background, methodological framework and expected results (max. 20min).
It makes most sense to give a presentation rather early on in the thesis process.
The lecturers will provide the students with input about developing their thesis during their various stages.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation and discussion of the work-in-progress of the master thesis.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Active participation/discussion.
Hold a presentation.
Document the presentation on Moodle.

Examination topics

Individually, based on one's own master thesis.
