The course will cover the use of tracers to estimate discharge, measuring oxygen dynamics, modelling atmospheric gas exchange and estimating primary production and respiration from the measurements.
The course will consist of lectures in the morning and practical field and lab exercises in the afternoon.

Assessment and permitted materials

The assessment of each student’s performance will be based to 50% on a small written exam, that will take place on Friday of the course week, and 50% on the submitted protocols/reports form the exercises to be send in the latest two weeks after the course.
