Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Scientific methods related to Behavioral Biology, ranging from literature research and experimental design to publication of scientific results are introduced and discussed. Topics of the lecture include: Scientific approaches and their limititations; Conceptual development of questions; Literature research; Experimental design and sampling methods; Statistical analysis, Oral and written publications. This lecture serves as a preparation for practical courses in the field of Behavioral Biology.
