Aims, contents and method of the course
Students present and defend their bio-anthropological theses in their various stages, from the preparation of the research question per se through proposal, data collection, analyses, and finally, successful completion. These serial presentations of the work process do not only urge the candidates to continuously update literature and reflect their topic. The subsequent discussions also provide critical feed-back as well as training in scientific arguments. From these exercises benefit all students involved, either presenting or non-presenting. In addition, there is reflection on the latest literature on topic.
