Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Principles of bioindication and requirements to bioindicators are presented. Principles of river-type-specific assessment according to the Waer Fraework Directive of the EU are presented. In this connection bioindication by using Odonata (dragonflies) represents the special focus of the lecture. Main items are autecology of dragon- and damselflies, methodological aspects, evaluation of river rehabilitation.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam at May 2nd.
